Purchasing Process

Step 1:  Contact Karen using one of the options above.  Step 2:  Karen will be in touch with you to discuss availability and options.Step 4:  If you decide to purchase, place a $300 dollar non-refundable deposit.
  • The date your deposit is received determines your place in line for "puppy choice" 
  • The deposit will be applied to your balance.
Step 5:  Begin to prepare your home for, "I'm  Home Day" 
  • Schedule your vet visit for your puppy wellness check up (w/in first 72 hours of receiving your puppy)
  • Clear your schedule so you can be fully present for your pup's first few days.
  • Purchase needed puppy items such as crate, leash, collar, food...
  • Puppy proof your home
  • Prepare yourself for your first few weeks of helping your puppy adjust to routines
Step 6:   When puppies are 4 or 5 weeks old, come visit the puppies at the ranch
  • For the safety of the pups, adhere to puppy visitation protocol (will be emailed to you in advance)
Step 7:   Make your choice by week 6 Step 8:   Arrive according to schedule for,"I'm Home Day"   
  • Sign Contract & Health  Agreement
  • Finalize payment (if paying by personal check it must arrive two weeks prior to pick up)
  • Take your new family member home!
